★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on a Sunday for the oyster and bottle special. Not only were the oysters good, but the horseradish was actually fresh, not that dried horsehair you get at other places. That's the attention to detail you'll get at Montauk. It is about quality and service. The music, atmosphere, and not only what they serve, but how they serve it has been well thought out. The patio is covered so no rain or sunburn worries. Great vibe, great, and the couple who run it are great and passionate. Places like this are why I love this city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A true neighbourhood gem. I will never turn down a chance to pop in and say hello to Mike, Will, James and all the other friendly faces. A great spot to enjoy a Boulevardier made with Signal Hill Whisky, a Crystal Head Vodka Moscow Mule or a grilled cheese sandwich ! Honestly these people are some of the good ones we should be supporting. Make sure when this lockdown ends you go down to Montauk and show support to these legends.
