★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Monitor 24-7 is the developer of the IncidentMonitor. A great and very easy to use and to configure ITIL Service Desk Tool. I am very impressed with the knowledge and service of the developers and the consultancy and support staff. They are always here to help and assist whenever we have a problem. If we need a new feature Monitor 24-7 will always investigate if they can add this to the core application. If it is specific for us they will add it to our own solution and make sure this is protected in any upgrade.
