We discussed the possibility of down-sizing and she gave us professional advice on what we could do to ready our home for the best possible price. We took our time updating areas she suggested and finally went to Market. We sold it the day it was listed. So obviously her advice worked.
Monique's expertise also helped us through the process of finding a much smaller home that will suit our needs. She was so patient with us, and also available at any moment we wanted to see a place. The crazy housing market caught us a bit off guard, so she also had to put up with our anxiety in trying to find the right place in a compressed market. The house we found will be ideal for us. I'd recommend Monique to any person, couple or family needing to sell their home or to find that perfect place to call home. We couldn't have done it without her. For those that think they don't need a realtor, YES YOU DO! and you need Monique!

She responded to our initial inquiry immediately and was able to walk us through the first few steps with ease and comfort. We found Monique to be very knowledgeable, easy going, and always available to answer our questions or concerns. When a new listing showed up we were notified promptly and able to book a showing same day. Monique listened to our needs and wants for a new home and was very honest, never pushing us into a decision we weren't comfortable with. She was even able to recommend a Brokerage agent for our mortgage, as well as a Lawyer. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences we've had and will recommend her services time and time again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the housing market as hot as it is in Saskatoon, and needing to find a home for some family moving to the city, we were doing our best to watch for and visit homes as they became listed. But we were having no luck. Always a few hours or a day too late. We found Monique at one of those homes and explained what we were looking for. She offered to watch the listings for us and to let us know when something that fit our criteria became available. A week later she notified us and she had found, quite literally, the PERFECT house. Better yet, it was VERY brand new to the market and we were able to view it and put in an offer that was accepted. And that was only the beginning of the excellent customer care that she provided us throughout the process. She also recommended a Home Inspector and he was fantastic. If you need a Realtor with that proper balance of "serving you, and helping you" but not "bugging you all the time", well look no further. Monique has the balance down perfectly.

Monique was recommended to us by our mortgage broker, and it was best thing that could have happened to us! Monique is a wonderful person who does everything she can to make the purchase of your home as smooth and enjoyable as possible. She goes the extra mile every step of the way. There was a point in our home buying journey where my significant other and I needed to just take a break from looking at houses and just revaluate our goals for our first home. Monique was super accommodating and didn’t push us at all to keep looking and let us come back at our own speed. She was always on the look out for houses she thought we would be interested in and when one would pop up and we wanted to take a look at it she was really quick with booking a viewing to make sure that in this competitive market we would at least get the chance to see the house. As first-time home buyers we never really knew exactly what to be looking for when we were going through a viewing, Monique helped so much with the vast experience she has in the field and from personal home reno experience. She would point out small things we would’ve missed and helped us make a super informed choice. And because of all of that extra information, when we finally settled on the house we wanted we knew it was a solid choice. I would highly recommend Monique to anyone out there looking for a place to call their home.
