After being a victim of identity theft and fraud Money Mart Red Deer on 45 street has assisted me substantially with financial gain and professional advice in every way possible. But today I got zero sympathy compassion or understanding from the seemingly robotic staff because I was a victim of a crime and because I guess I accidentally misused one of the features on their app which was not obviously a posted limitation of the service and I cannot find the rule in their terms of service. I guess they really don't care about victims of financial crime or people who can be easily taken advantage of because of mental disabilities at this location. The workers refused to call their head office and for some reason me trying to call their head office has just put me on hold till eventually it hung up on me
