★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a tire blow out just outside of Valemount. I needed a tow and a new tire. I also needed to get to Vancouver Island as quickly as I could for a emergency. My tires are a odd ball size and they couldn’t get one on for three days....kept calling around found one Edson which a wife picked up on her way home from Edmonton. He stayed late to get me on the road that night! I even had rides to and from town. Amazing service and thank you all again for your help ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Above and beyond the best. We rolled into town late with mechanical issues after being serviced by another mechanic near the junction in Valemount earlier that day that charged us and sent us on our way without solving the whole problem. I phoned them back to say we had the same issue and could we come back to get it fixed. They rudely turned us away.
We barely made it to Monashee due to the lack of power and they took a quick look and discovered the obvious problem and went right to work despite it was after hours. They stayed late, and fixed the issues so we made it safely through the Rocky's into AB. Thanks a million Monashee !!!

They have been helpful, knowledgable, and compassionate and have gone the extra mile for us right from the start. Would very much recommend these guys for general auto needs but especially if you find yourself in a tough situation while travelling. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this company, never again, and people need to know how this lady treats people! We were on our way home, our tire flew off our trailer 40k in the mountains. We had no reception to call for help, we had our youngest son with us, the incident happened around dinner time. We had to leave our trailer on side og the highway to drive to reception and we called this tow company for help, the receptionist was so rude and not willing to help, she didn't care to hear we needed help. Her reasons being she had been since 10am she told us she is too tired and hung up. Never ever would i ever reccomend these people.. this company ... We called her back 2 more times begging for help, and nothing. We were stranded for 7 hours before another tow company came out to help us. This company Monashee towing they have zero compassion for those stuck out on the roads, she shouldn't be a receptionist for that company, or anyone. They are a tow company on top, if you are too lazy to help or just dont care , why are you offering tow service period!! Terrible customer service.

Monashee auto repair tended to my vehicle on their day off. Super friendly, informative and extremely generous with their services. He didn't even charge me for services provided. These guys are amazing! Made my journey so much easier
