Il est impossible d'obtenir une réponse malgré 8 prises de contacte (par e-mail, Facebook et Messenger) en 1 mois et demi. Le support par chat a également disparu. J'ai l'impression qu'ils sont en processus de fermeture. Disappointing. It was good at first, but now no more support. It is impossible to obtain an answer despite 8 contact (by e-mail, Facebook and Messenger) in 1 month and a half. Cat support has also disappeared. I have the impression that they are in the process of closing.

Voici les problèmes que j'ai eus: - Incapable de trouver comment annuler une facture - La version gratuite me permet seulement d'avoir 2 clients (Sérieusement???) - Incapable de trouver comment supprimer mon compte, malgré ce qui est prétendu dans la section aide. I tried the free version for 30 minutes. Here are the problems I had: - Unable to figure out how to cancel an invoice - The free version only allows me to have 2 clients (Seriously ???) - Unable to figure out how to delete my account, despite what is claimed in the help section.

J'ai voulu changer de Freshbooks pour avoir un outil made in Québec et en français mais le tout est très décevant. Interface séduisante au premier abord mais au final simpliste et UX tellement pas logique que ça vient gêner la navigation, difficile à comprendre. Je n'ai jamis réussi à supprimer une facture. Support à la cliente : 1 semaine de délais pour avoir une réponse. Paramètres pas évident à changer...Bref, énorme déception. En recherche d'un nouvel outil pour bien débuter 2021, je n'irais pas plus loin que mes 7 mois d'essais. I should have read all these comments before subscribing for a year ... I am overall very disappointed with the tool. I wanted to change Freshbooks to have a tool made in Quebec and in French, but the whole thing is very disappointing. Attractive interface at first glance but ultimately simplistic and UX so not logical that it hinders navigation, difficult to understand. I have never managed to delete an invoice. Customer support: 1 week delay to get an answer. Parameters not easy to change ... In short, huge disappointment. Looking for a new tool to get 2021 off to a good start, I wouldn't go further than my 7 months of testing.
