★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give zero stars if possible. I would not ever recommend Modern Touch to anyone unless you wish for your facility to remain unclean. Steve, the owner, is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with. His conduct would fall under verbal harassment on many occasions when I have had to bring several issues up to him.
His cleaning team is extremely inefficient and careless. They could not complete even basic cleaning tasks the way they were supposed to be done. When this was brought up to Steve, he would repeatedly promise to fix this, but the issue was never resolved.
Overall, I would not ever recommend this company to anyone. It is not worth the low price they will offer to clean your facility as the none of the services will be completed adequately.
