★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt relaxed from the moment I entered Karen’s gorgeous studio. Karen has such a good eye for details, lighting and composition in her photos. I’m so excited about my upcoming photo session! I feel the Modern Goddess experience will be a way to celebrate myself, for my upcoming birthday! Thank you Karen for being body positive and for encouraging women to love themselves at every stage of their lives!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I was 55 I decided to have a boudoir shoot with the lovely and very talented photographer, Karen. She was very patient, understanding and a great lady to work with, so the modelling came quite easy for me. I'm a gal who feels very comfortable in her skin and with Karen's expertise, my boudoir portfolio came out incredible to say the least! The pictures turned out more beautiful than I could ever imagine, capturing me in very feminine, sensual poses that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Almost a year later I was honoured to achieve another boudoir shoot with Karen, this time more sassy, but still wonderful to say the least. I can't say enough about Karen's passion for her work, it shows through her love of this art she creates. I highly recommend her. ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Karen at a Christmas expo at “The Women’s Place” gym and instantly felt drawn to Modern Goddess. I had thought about doing a boudoir shoot for a long time but never felt it was the right time or the right place or that I should wait until I’m in better shape or… whatever the excuse was. With Modern Goddess I took a leap and went for it. I am so thankful I did.
Karen checked in with me leading up to the shoot day to keep me excited and informed about what was coming my way :) we talked about confidence, my goals for the shoot, my outfits, if I could bring props… she kept me calm and comfortable throughout the process.
I’m not going to lie and say I was ready the whole time but, when I was in my moments of doubt, Karen was understanding and available to talk about my concerns.
The day of was amazing. Rachel from “Fresh Face Artistry” did the ⭐️ PERFECT ⭐️ makeup (having consulted with me about it prior) and was so easy to talk to. The whole day I felt my confidence grow and , through the photos Karen took, I got to see my beauty through someone else’s eyes. My photos are incredible and I’m so thankful for the experience. I can’t recommended Modern Goddess enough ❤️❤️
