She have an acute care background that gives her an edge to take care of complex clients, from promoting health to rehab. She have skills and have a heart to give when she takes care of her patients which I think is the most important thing. I would trust her as a nurse for my family members.

When my mother needed help the last 4 months of her life in her home in White Rock, Nakita and her team care workers looked after my mother's every need until she peacefully passed on Sept. 18, 2017. From the moment you call this well run company, you know you are in good hands - personable, friendly, compassionate, dedicated care workers that are punctual, caring and qualified will arrive at your home. You need no longer worry, you have peace of mind knowing that your loved one is safe and well cared for. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. She has done many remote rural emergency assignments all throughout northern Canada giving her confidence and the skill set to handle anything. Travel nursing in the north provides opportunities for rather independent practice, heightened assessment skills and the first hand appreciation of diversity in cultures. It's for all these reasons I know she will thrive with this home care business. Her strong assessment skills, practice with diversity and her skills/previous experience with independent practice will make her a the perfect home health care companion and advocate!

They provide the most loveliest and caring caregivers to look after both my mom and dad in their family home. My mom needs more help then dad does, and they definitely did not want to move into a care home. We have 24 hour live in care provided for my parents, and it is usually always the same care giver who stays over and provides care to meet all their needs. My parents love having a caregiver stay with them all the time to help with morning care, medications from their blister packs, making home cooked delicious meals and much more. I have always really loved the idea of keeping mom and dad at home because this is were they feel safe and want to spend the last remaining years of their lives. I also appreciate that care is provided respectfully with dignity and they don't have to wait to have someone help them with things like going to the washroom. If it were possible I would stay home and look after them but since I have many responsibilities I feel so comforted knowing that their is a caregiver always there to keep a close eye on them. We had tried another home care agency in the area before and we did not have success with them. However, now we think of our current caregiver as family now. She is so pleasant, accommodating and respectful and kind. These wonderful girls working at this home care agency really are hand picked and they truly are the best!

Any changes in their health I know I can call Nikita or Christina and will be able to talk to a nurse who will give me sound advice. We have tried other companies in the Fraser valley for home support but never received the type of service we get from them so we are hesitant to recommend them as we would like to keep them our secret gem....!

I was so pleased with the owner's willingness to work with my insurance company and to provide in home care so I could recover from home. She and her staff were professional and courteous, and made sure my needs were met in a timely manner. It was so nice to be able to be in my home, with my little dog at home too, and know I had the help I needed. The only thing that I found challenging was to have several different care givers. But that is to be expected with short notice and by the 3rd or 4th day we had the same people coming in consistently. I would use this service again in a heat-beat!
