If you fall in one of those categories, you can buy most of the brands products from here. The staff are very nice and helpful and always have everything in the stock available.

Just for knowledge some of them are very polite but last time when I was there that lady was very rude and make me regret to I had spend my money there
Was a good experience for me to leave this review to management teaching there employees to be nice and good costumer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to ask for gloves lady on the phone Shannon or something giving me a hard time about it. I've been to this location MANY times never had such a rude person talk to me like that.
Has NO customer service skills on the phone, had a bad attitude! Im going to different modern than this one. Learn how to talk on the phone or get lessons on customer service because yours sucked! Lighten up.
Could rate zero if I couId.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, decent pricing but curbside pickup orders for a student are a nightmare here. I cannot order online and while some are lovely (Brittany is always great) almost every other cashier I've spoken to has been RUDE. They get snippy and firm and it overall just isn't a very efficient system.
I'm so glad I found CosmoProf that granted me a short term membership to use while I am in school... not a clue why Modern doesn't do this or at the VERY LEAST give access to the website to students.

I'm just extremely disheartened to see the staff not understanding the spread of covid and only wearing face shields (not all, but even some management). This has been proven again and again ineffective and has me cleaning every single item coming out of this place. Please just follow the advice of our government and the world health organization. You're a part of the problem.

So disappointed with the customer service and online ordering system, as I was double charged for a product I had to order that wasn’t available in stores. I did NOT authorize the secondary purchase, nor did I hit refresh or even get an email saying I made a purchase AT ALL! And yet when I addressed this via email the customer service rep told Me it was a hold from the purchase I had made, which was to be released and would clear up. One week later it I checked the credit card statement bad it didn’t clear up so I contacted them to see when it would be removed from the company credit card. That’s when another rep told me it was from another duplicate purchase (which I did not make!!!!!) and I was already getting frustrated with this company for having complicated shipping issues but trying to be a team player I thought I’d just pick up the duplicate order and sell it. Then once I was given a tracking order for me to go pick it up at purolator, I learnt that the package was sent back to the warehouse and in order for me to get it back I’d have to pay additional shipping!!!!! Or I could return it next just be charged the shipping!!! I am furious and outraged and have learnt that other customers have had similar issues with this company! They are crooks!!! Will never order or step into their stores. Again.
