★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can find another company to represent i would go there. MNP Swift Current did finalize a consumer proposal with revenue canada for me so there is that... but they made some errors along the way after that, like failing to file the required tax return, which they had in hand, resulting in fines (which were reversed in the end). They hemorrhage staff at a rapid rate so i think working conditions there must be bad. Once the proposal is complete and your money is rolling in to them monthly for agreed time (years) it is difficult to reach anyone by any means.
