We were thinking the worst until I decided to phone one last place, MNP. I should have started there. The amount of kindness, compassion, wisdom and experience there is amazing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gals handling my case were extremely kind, understanding, patient and professional in their approach to helping me.They taught me how to do the monthly reports and how to budget very carefully, like every penny, every month. This gave me a whole new perspective on managing my money within my means, and I'm proud to say I have stayed out of debt ever since. Also, the gals always answered my phone calls and emails promptly with clear, concise answers to my concerns or confusions. I must add that the gals were also quite friendly in a sisterly kind of way, which allowed me to feel much less intimidated by such a life-changing process. I highly recommend MNP to anyway struggling with financial issues and needing a new financial lease on life.
