★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give 6 stars if I could. Pricing was top notch but the service is what will keep me coming back! I had two dead fir trees on my lot that needed to come down and a disgruntled neighbour to deal with. Long story short, MJR resolved all issues and removed the dead trees with all parties happy at the end of the day. Thank you MJR team for a great experience, you’ve made a loyal customer out of me, cheers! #mrjforthewin

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only could I not get a response from my inquiries for a quote, but I'm assuming the owner is the one who drives around in the MJR labelled mini Cooper? If he runs his business the same way he drives, I'm not surprised by the bad reviews. Saw that car nearly cause 2 accidents in less then 2 minutes, literally.
When your representing your brand so obviously, you need to be extra careful regarding your actions. Anything that appears as "negative" to a prospective client will cost you that client in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I hired MJR to remove a large Douglas fir in the back corner of our property that was dying due to its roots being compromised by an adjacent subdivision. Removal had to be done with a climber and these guys really new what they were doing. The job was done quickly, efficiently, and safely. In addition, we found the crew courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Well done MJR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with MJR this past week has been excellent. Trevor, Adam and Isaac (along with Jason) were very professional, timely and courteous. We had a lot of detailed & specific trimming to do as well as the falling 3 large Alders in the back corner of our property. The trimming was done to our specifications and in a timely manner. The falling of the Alders was done very professionally with no damage to the surrounding plants and structures (like some recently planted Laurels/new fencing, etc.) These guys are pro's... I would definitely recommend them and call them again for future projects! Thx Eric

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inferior tools, immature workers. I doubt they have their certified workers on every job. Be prepared to pay what other tree services provide, they will under quote you and then milk it. They also do not take proper care of the trees and unnecessarily cut limbs. They killed second growth trees in my neighbourhood when they did not need too.
Just hire the top rated companies, be patient instead of getting a shotty job that will make your neighbours angry because they use their noisy out dates chainsaws unnecessarily. Do not suffer their rudeness either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used MJR for several years & had been satisfied customers. Until this year, that is. Shane came out for a look-see about 7 weeks ago & to provide a quote. After 3 follow up phone calls & an email, we have yet to receive a quote or any explanation. Is this a company you want to do business with? They’ve certainly lost our business. Very unprofessional!
