My daughter in law is having her first Mother's Day and they made it very special. I can't thank them enough for helping a 'last minute man shopper'. We need more people like this in the world. Highly recommend these fine people.

If you are looking for that unique gift for someone special- you will find it here. And almost impossible to leave the shop without a little gift for yourself! And I highly recommend 'Warez Du Bees' local -Merritt -honey. Next time through town I will stop in for the large jar! Super helpful and friendly staff. Will be a destination for us to check out whenever travelling through Merritt.

I live on Vancouver Island and was desperate to find a beautiful gift for my parents in Merritt as my original gift was not going to make it in time for Christmas. After calling several stores that were unavailable to make a delivery (totally understandable with Christmas right around the corner but still sad for my mission) I found Miss Vicki's and was able to secure a gorgeous Poinsettia plant that could be delivered today - yay! I even had a photo of the beautiful plant texted to me. I was also told that the store had gifts made by local artisans and sold gift cards. I wondered if they also had other gift cards for local stores and they said normally they will go collect these but we were running out of time. Well that didn't stop them from still offering to build a fruit, cheese and chocolate gift basket for me. They went out and about collecting everything for a beautiful basket and even specially bought my Dad's favorite chocolate! I'm so very grateful to these Angels for saving my Christmas, going above and beyond and providing the very best customer service. Thank you so very much and Merry Christmas!!

Very pleasant to deal with over the phone and they texted me a picture of the arrangement that they created for my friend. Flowers looked great. My friend sent me another picture today - 6 days after she received the arrangement, they still look wonderful. She says that she hasn't had to remove a single flower yet. I would recommend Miss Vicki's!

They were super helpful and told me what style and price the arrangement would be and took my order. They even made sure they knew the exact location of where the flowers needed to go. A few days go by and I wasn't sure if the flowers had made it so I called back to Vicki's and apparently they had been dropped off at the front door and my friend missed them. Admittedly, I was a little down because I wanted to do a special arrangement for my friend and it looked like it didn't get there. Vicki called me back herself and helped me with a new arrangement. I'm very grateful and very happy with the service. Highly recommend this business and all the helpful staff and owner that go with it! Thank you again, it's very much appreciated!
