It’s a nice place to go in the summer time and is also close to Saratoga Beach. It is a nice walk along the water with beautiful scenery. There is also nice trails and paths in the area to walk around which were nice and not that hard to get around.
K	K S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best sandy beach close to Campbell River. About a 30 minutes drive, CLEAN! Washrooms available, change rooms and lots of outdoor seating. We enjoyed pizza from Jackknife on the water and will be doing it again. :)

L	Laura Lefurgey-Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved our time here! Beautiful campground with private, good sized campsites. Very short walk to the beach from any campsite. Lots of flush toilet bathrooms throughout and a shower with private stalls in the centre. There is a playground for kids, and lots of quiet roads for kids to ride their bikes. The front gate sells firewood, ice and other camping necessities such as sunscreen. It's very busy on weekends and can be loud, but that's to be expected of any campground. We went mid-week and it was lovely because it wasn't too busy.
E	Em von Euw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful natural setting to enjoy the ocean, forest and estuary! New toilet and shower facilities, lots of new picnic tables, and a large undercover group area. Recycling and garbage bins throughout the park. A series of short trails close to the water wind through the forest and take you out to the ocean, estuary or the two parking lots. There's a campground, nature house, and longer trails in other areas of the park. Super family friendly, and great spot to walk your dogs (if on a leash, and not directly on the beach!) The water was calm when we visited so boating is an option too. The sun sets behind the trees fairly early in the evening, so don't expect a warm, sunny end to the day if you come later! I'm used to west-facing beaches with beautiful sunsets and warm evening light. Being east-facing, this is not the beach for that. Just bring an extra sweater! ?
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a chance to drop by before heading up north. What a surprise. The beach was big and quiet. Low tide, so we had to walk further up to the ocean. There are lots of small crabs ? and creatures. Washroom has mirror that you can actually see your self and with automatic flushing toilets. It was clean and everything seemed very well maintained. They had separate changing rooms as well.
