I was from out of town and my request was last minute with a quick turnaround time. A big box store could not accommodate my need for an elegant program that would honour my loved one. Within minutes of speaking with Keziah, she had recommendations, paper samples and downloaded my draft. Soon after she had a contract and a draft of the program ready for my review. I am so grateful for businesses like Minuteman Press that care about the customer and provides professional services. Keziah and Tanya listened to my story as well as accomplished an excellent job from beginning to end; including fast-tracking the invoice. This speaks of the high-level customer service Minuteman Press gives. The cost of the project was affordable and their service was a huge time-saver for me to direct to other arrangements. Thank you again for getting me through a very difficult time and giving me a funeral program that I was blessed to give at the memorial service.
