Dont clean up yards at all dont care about nails everywhere had to replace two vehicles worth of tires because multiple nail puncture in each tire they said 40 bucks for each tire .. I believe that should be reimbursed fully they were already new no one should spend couple of 1000s on tires every couple months ..

Not a fan of them trying to sell a home based on virtual tour. They should have the option of both, like many builders. I understand due to COVID-19, but it is extremely easy to enforce social distancing by booking in one couple at a time. If it is in person, other builders such as Caivan and Richcraft are already reopen or you can choose to do virtual. Who buys a $700,000 home based on an internet tour? Insane.

Great service from Harry Choi. Great aftersales service. Team very friendly. Would like appreciate the attitude expressed by Brendan McHale and Foreman. There were no hidden deposits or extra payments which other builders used to implement. Strongly recommend Minto!

I went to the Barrhaven sales centre yesterday. I felt so bad. There are only 2 sales and cos too many people line outside, so the Hongkong sales man always say there are too many people outside , that mean he hope you leave there as soon as possible. Otherwise, He told me the most of house sold out by Minto employees! There are only few house sell for public! What a ridiculous! I want to ask how many employees bought the house for self-living?I think most of them are just selling their houses to make money! This is so unfair to the public! Then you can build dormitories for your employees. Why deceive the public?

Very poor company. Strongly advise against purchasing from Minto. I have clients, friends, and family who have purchased from this Subdivision and are extremely unhappy. The quality of finishes is mediocre, the response times are below average and their overall customer service is abysmal. To add to this, they are deceiving when it comes to working with realtors. They talk to realtors like they are worthless scum of the earth. Also, Refusing to honor promised compensation even when paperwork was completed at the sales centre. Disgraceful service. Should not be in business. Take your business to Mattamy, Tamarack, or any other reputable builder.

I am writing you to address my poor customer service experience at your Strandherd Minto location on September 2, 2020. As a Minto homeowner, I visited your premises to inquire on an email that was addressed to the Minto Communities mailbox requesting a notification of home release which received no response. Upon my entry into your premises, I patiently waited to be addressed by one of your personnel. Despite the offices being empty with only one other customer, I was left to wait without any acknowledgment from any of your two employees on site for over fifteen minutes. After the long wait, I was approached by your sales representative, Gillian Yhap, who was noticeably impatient and requested another colleague to assist me. In any other circumstance, it would be understandable for a customer to be redirected to another sales representative as well as for a customer to experience longer wait times during busy periods. However, this was not the case. Moments following being redirected, a couple entered the show center and were immediately greeted and informed that they would be assisted shortly by a sales representative. This courtesy was not afforded to me at any point in time during my visit there. There was a stark difference in customer service between that couple and I which I can only attribute to race. There is no reason that my experience as a Black woman should have differed from the experience of the Caucasian couple that entered. There were no differences in terms of the number of sales representatives available or the number of customers present that would explain this inappropriate lack of customer interaction. I am dismayed and disappointed by not only this treatment but by the response of your employees when I addressed this concern with them verbally. At no point in time was I provided an apology or even an explanation for the poor service. As a company with over 65 years of experience as a leading developer in our communities, it can be assumed that developing long lasting relationships with buyers is of importance. This begins with the treatment of potential and current owners at your sales centers. The utter lack of decorum and professionalism exhibited by your personnel has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. As a sales representative, Gillian, is the face of your company and as such reflects the values and morals that you hold. Despite being a visible minority, blind spots exist for all which leads me to believe that either there is a lack of diversity training within your organization, or there is an across the board standard to differentiate customer treatment dependent on who the representatives feel is worthy of respect, and/or valuable to the company as it relates to a current or future sale. There is no room for racial discrimination in customer service. Any underlining preconceived notions due to lack of diversity and ignorance do not belong anywhere no less at the establishment of a well-recognized community developer. As a customer, I look to Minto as I can be assured that I will not only get a home of great quality that I can depend on but that I will be respectfully assisted through my house hunting process. I write to you as I hope that this experience will be reflected upon by your personnel and organization. I leave you with the following excerpt from your mission and values, I hope that Minto can practice what they preach: Being courageous demands acting with integrity and responsibility. Today was a day Minto released new phase in Barhaven. I was bombarded with emails about the lot release so I was ready and sent the email in exact time , not even a second passed , as asked with my preferred lot but I was told all the lot was taken…so strange …do not trust the email being sent to you ,, Minto and its sales team are not reliable…
