We'd been planning to add a balcony and deck to our home for a long time but weren't sure where to start. Wayne and Sana were very attentive and helpful in explaning to us the whole process of city bylaws, strata and many other factors we'd never though of.
Now we have an awesome space for entertaining friends and family! We highly recommend them.

Wayne has a lot of carpentry experience, which he used in his design when considering materials and methods of build.
