★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are immature and rude. They speak French to each other in front of you because they think you can't understand them if you speak to them in English, and discuss you openly. They tell you to get paperwork and then when you bring it in a different employee tells you it's not good enough. I'm a lifelong Canadian citizen who can't get any photo id because of their nonsense. Went in with birth certificate, sin card, letter from my landlord, my ex who was with me for four years who had bills at my address. Was told previously that it was good enough and then told it wasn't by the employee who spoke French in front of me thinking I couldn't understand it. Flat out ridiculous with the amount these people get paid that they can treat people that way.
