From consultation, to mapping, to follow-ups, Mini guided me through the process with utmost care and professionalism. She took the time to explain each step and checked-in with me periodically to make sure I was comfortable. It is clear that Mini holds herself and her team to high standards. Her attention to detail can be seen throughout the entire clinic; the facility is immaculate and the artists are skilled. It is really no surprise that MINI BROW has grown such a supportive following in the industry... They really are the best! Update: I recently went in for a touch-up and I stand by everything I said above. LOVE LOVE LOVE the final look :)

My brows have NEVER faded to crazy colours or ever had a bad shape. When I come to do my yearly touch ups, the procedure is done every time the same. From measuring them, type, colour, etc. The price is worth the quality that you get. Not just by the service only but by cleanliness. Everything is sanitary and the cartridges used are brand new every single time. I will only come here for my services and not go anywhere else! Mini is a pleasure to have and is a blessing for those she serves!

Mini is the best; she is very meticulous and takes the time to get everything absolutely perfect. Minimal pain for all treatments and I am very pleased with the results. She's so sweet and very thorough with my brows. She informs me well about the procedure, steps and healing process. She always makes sure I'm comfortable during the process and she even checks up on me afterwards to see how they're healing! I get so many compliments on my brows all the time. I highly recommend!

All of the girls at MINI Brow are very professional and talented! Definitely worth the money. I wouldn't go anywhere else for permanent makeup services. If anyone is hesitant to try permanent eyeliner don't be! You will love it. Anytime it got a little sore Hayley would apply more numbing cream so I was always comfortable. I wish I had this done years ago. Thank you everyone at MINI Brow for the amazing service! See you again soon.

(My last touch up was 3 years ago, so it's slightly faded in the photo.) She's so good at understanding what you want and provide appropriate recommendations. I absolutely love my liner. I have oily and slightly folded over lids, so most liners tend to smudge on me. Having it done by Mini made every day life so much easier. Serena did my brows and I'm so happy with it! She did the combination technique for me and I couldn't be happier. She took really good care in drawing it out. And for anyone that's nervous about the pain, don't be! The numbing cream stings a bit when they reapply, but aside from that, it's not a problem. I even fell asleep!

The retention period was about a year and a half, due to COVID I was unable to come in for the annual touch up. Laura is an amazing PMU artist! She is very detail-oriented and patient. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to enhance the shape, definition, and thickness of their brows!

She is incredibly talented and somehow knew exactly what I wanted and what suited my eyes. I got a thin liner with subtle wings and she was extremely detailed during the appointment and during the touch-up. The procedure barely hurt and there is minimal swelling/redness the next day. It feels wonderful waking up with makeup and I don't even apply it as precisely as the eyeliner she's gave me. Laura is kind and puts you at ease and I trust her for any future permanent makeup.
