Great park with lots of picnic tables. Plenty of room for everyone. BBQ is now allowed (only charcoal) and restrooms reopened. Make sure to access the parking from Mccowan, lots of spaces available. Great nature scenes, you follow a small trail along the lake's shore and connect with other trails near by. Trail will lead you over a few bridges before reaching the dam. Great for biking or just a quiet walk. Lots of wildlife along the way.

Beautiful park to go and spend a snowy winter day. The frozen lake is quite enthralling and the trails are fun and not too dense to walk through in the snow.

Overall we liked this park. It’s well maintained and peaceful. The main downside is that you can hear the noise from the highway. This park is good for picnics, there is probably about a hundred picnic tables. :) Most of them, however, are on the sunny spots. It’s great also for biking with kids, trails are mostly flat and trails are short. The pavement is not suitable for scooters, though.

Nice place to hike gravel north of the water and forest south of the water. There are some muddy spots and alot of broken glass on the east trail. Lots of places to picnic and it's free to enter with alot of parking.

Such a beautiful quiet park. Perfect for picnic. For family or group outdoor events. Fall Scenery is awesome also the other season. Wonderful nature. Lots of benches. Entrance was used to be about 5. During pandemic we entered for free. Lots of parking. Every Canada day there is firework celebration. It is also closer to Markville mall and old Unionville ?

Well maintained, beautiful park! We absolutely love going there for walks. There are a number of picnic benches and places to dispose used charcoal for anyone interested in doing BBQ. The viewpoint of the lake is calming. There are clean washrooms & parking space available. Great for stroller walks/biking/ running.

It is such a beautiful park! It is a good place for walking and looking at nature's beauty. There are benches next to the lake where we can sit and look at the lake view. The lake view is calming and relaxing. Great place for children too. Thank you:)
