Roof is looking good. One of the crew forgot their pry bar on the chimney, I contacted Darrell and he came by the next day, climbed on the roof and removed it. If you need a roof replace give Millwall roofing a call.

Darrell is straight forward, to the point, does not make promises he can not keep, and prices are reasonable. I recently had a leak by the chimney from the flashing, I am no newcomer when it comes to construction, and this one was a head-scratcher. This is a simple repair, but was not in this. However, they kept at it and fixed it. It is a few months since and under the relentless rain in Vancouver I have had no issue at all. Thanks Darrell and Mike, a reliable team that I already know I will contact for my next job.

Not only did they charge a very reasonable fee, the service is what we were most blown away by. Simply put: they were just nice people. Kind, respectful and cleaned up after every day. Darrel at Millwall treated us like people and never once did we feel we were taken advantage of. We can’t recommend this company enough. Fair price, excellent work and good people to be around.

My house is three storages above ground (really high) with incredible steep roofs and has weird protrusions. Thus, requiring a lot of manpower, technical skills and patience to deal with. Prior to signing with Millwall roofing, I have gotten quotes from five other contractors yet none of them I feel comfortable to go with. Some quoted at really high price with cheap material, some quoted at lower price but has quite a bit of leak complaints, some are not as transparent with their scope of work, and others received complains of owners having problems with the workers. Admittedly, Millwall was not the cheapest option, but for the price I got good quality mid-tier shingles with one of the top shingle manufactures (Malarkey), as well as workmanship that echoed with other google reviews. Despite we encountered several obstacles throughout the job, crew was open to communicate and addressed my concerns in the utmost professional matter. Darrell, the owner is a very honest, patient and reassuring person who will not leave the job or his client with no closure. Overall, if you are hesitant on which contractor to hire, I would recommend Millwall. One unrelated note, please leave Darrell’s Toyota Tacoma alone. It is an old truck but it is a good truck.
