My family and I have been seeing Dr. Yi for 10+ years now. She is a phenomenal dentist and meticulous about her craft. I have nothing but glowing things to say about her and her staff. Professionalism at its best!

Very professional staff, very nice clinic. My husband and I recently moved away from this area, and when we went to the other clinic close to our new house we realized how Milliken dental is more professional and nicer place to be treated in. We came back even though it is not even close to our new place. I think we found our dental for years, unless we will move to the other city, of course. Thank you! And thank you for very individual approach to the issues. Thank you!

I recently moved from mississauga to Scarborough. Found this clinic because they had good google reviews. At first I was very happy they squeezed me in for an emergency check up. Went in there today to check out my wisdom tooth. Sat down for literally 1 minute and after a few questions asked by the nurse who said I have to get a panoramic x-ray. However I was never asked about whether this kind of service was performed at other clinic in last 3 years because insurance companies only cover it once 3 years. They could have also asked me if I have a copy of my previous panoramic x-ray, and inform me ahead of time about the cost. I was told that I need this xray done in order to check out properly. 69$ for X ray which I could easily ask for a copy from the other clinic in Mississauga. Also I felt very rushed the whole time, no time for questions. I went in at 1:37pm, by 2pm the nurse said "your time is up". Jeepers, I guess time is money. Total $209 to check out my two wisdom teeth and wanted me to contact a dental surgeon myself to schedule an appointment. One of the receptionist in the middle was nice she helped me set up appointment for the specialist. The other one wants me to take the note, leave and book myself. I could have contacted the dental surgeon without coming to the clinic.

I visited Milliken dental for the first time with my two girls and we all had a really good experience. They all watched their favorite show during the cleaning and check upaup They were thrilled to each get a toy of their choice at the end of their visit. All the front desk girls were super nice and my girls and I are already looking forward to our next visit

Thought id leave a review since they recently contacted me to schedule an appointment since my last visit from 2 years ago & this is why I won't be re-visiting Milliken Dental. Milliken Dental was my go to dental clinic in the past, I got all my dental cleanings and fixtures done from them & I can confidently say they did a good job. This place is clean & beautiful on the inside, it beats your average dental clinic. Ive met Dr.Evelyn & couple of other dentists and they are very nice/professional people! they have smiles on their faces & greet/talk to you in a cheerful manner upon arrival. With this being said, customer service holds reputation over any business & can make/break a business. On one occasion I decided to call Milliken Dental on a fine morning since It was about that time of the year I had to visit the dentist, I was answered by a person named Devi; notice how I said 'answered' and not 'greeted', it was a Hello?, heck I could have been calling a pizza spot for all I knew. This is where things went downhill, the person answered the phone as if they had 'something better' to do. I figured hey maybe Devi isn't a morning person, or maybe she's just having a bad day. So I proceed to let her know that I'm calling regarding scheduling an appointment, I was briefly put on hold for a few minutes before asking for my name. She pulls up my information stating "yeah I can't pronounce that" as I followed up with "well you could at least try addressing people by their names when scheduling someone". I believe that upset her as she proceeded to say she can't help me & I would have to come in to make the appointment. It was then I realized my time wasn't valuable to them, so I took my business elsewhere. Tldr: Devi's rude customer service really ruined it for me to ever visit this place again.

This is probably the best dentist place I've ever been to. The doctors and assistants there are very professional and kind. Their customer service is also very good and friendly.

I have been going here for a few years now and I can say the service is amazing. The staff are always very kind and professional. I come here every few months for my regular checkup and always have a great experience. My kids also come here and never complain as they used to when going to other dental offices. Dr. Yeh, Dr. Peng, and Dr. Chan are always able to answer any questions or concerns I have. Overall, I'd say this is a wonderful dental office with caring staff and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
