My Wife purchased product and found out She did not need it we wanted to retun it within a couple of weeks. It was unopened and we had original Invoice but they say all sales are final. We had previosuly bought product from this Store but of course that will not happen again. Also my Wifes Doctor recommended this Store and She will be telling Him this story as well.

I have a suggestion. Today my 79yr old mom and i came into your store to get her a prostheses for her breast but shes got really bad feet and legs. For her to walk down your long hallway and then to stand and wait really took alot out of her. A suggestion might be for seniors only to enter through front door or at least exit through front door if she cant be helped a given day. Someone was monitoring the front door so they could also monitor to make sure noone is exiting as seniors are entering. My mom was totally exhausted and stressed after having to wait in line everywhere we went and all that cant be good for a seniors immunity and Im sure shes not the only one. . I hope something can be worked out as she has to go in and get a protheses when she gets an appt. Thanks. Colleen Robinson

Customer service staff were rude and disrespectful, except for brittany. She tried to help, but I was very disappointed at how loud and rude the other customer reps comments were regarding how to not help me basically. Also, they didn't have a product that worked for me and weren't willing to order the kind of product I needed. Will be ordering from somewhere else and will not be coming here in the future. Actually, come to think of it the pharmacist wasn't friendly either when I walked in and asked a question.

Worst customer service. Front store manager very disrespectful. First visit, unfortunately at this location pharmacist was even in a very week position to help the customers because front store manager will decide how to treat the customer. Paid for a service compression stocking fitting/measurement fee. Insurance need a copy for prior approval and front store manager said they can't give me copy of the job they have done. Because they think if job they have done is not right then they will be responsible. You are charging for a service but you can't give in black and white on a paper what you did. Using different comments about customers while they are still in store. Very disappointed. Telling someone I know from where you are coming. Owner better talk to their team.

The ladies here are super sweet and helpful, they always ask about my husband when I go in and talk to us like family. The pharmacist is phenomenal and very caring, I always feel like I'm personally well taken care of, not just handed a prescription.

I was recommended to this pharmacy by my doctor. Great pharmacy and service. I look forward to coming back in a few weeks. Be aware the parking lot is a paid lot now. Be sure to pay for parking before going into the pharmacy.

I called the night before looking for a mobility aid, they had one in stock and the associate I spoke to was kind enough to put it aside for me. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was great, answered all my questions, even though I called about 5 min before closing. I was thrilled to be able pick up the next day. The ladies in the morning, not so great. No greeting, very abrupt, and just overall not friendly. I got what I needed and I'm very grateful for that. But would it wouldn't hurt to improve the welcoming atmosphere. At least a hello or response when your customer says "have a great day!"

I have to say I have never come across someone on pharmacy team to be so personable and helpful. Darn it, I wish I would have gotten her name. They filled a prescription for the first time for me and was very thorough in how to use it, asked me questions and she was very engaged and caring and didn’t make me feel rushed to get me to pay and move onto the next. Maybe it says something for going to a privately owned, good ole neighbourhood pharmacy instead of a big box/corp one. Highly recommend!
