★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used KPMG for years. Retired and moved to Sask. We needed a simple change on some taxes,,15 minutes work tops. Met with Blair on a Wednesday . He said holidays start in 3 days for a week and would do it on returning . Ok... so we met him 10 says later to sign taxes. He forgot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ See Rosa below...After Blair missed appt., we politely let it pass. We had told Blair error on taxes to fix. He did it wrong. He had written nothing down from first meeting. Anyway a 15 minute job turned into 2 months. A rude receptionist on first call as well. Eeesh.
