★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not sign anything they give you! It will be later used to reduce your benefits they cannot cut off your benefits if you dont agree with a decision. make sure every single little detail is signed off by you i mean everything! I just got my claim file and there are fraudulent documents good thing i saved the original their's good and bad their some but most of the people there dont care about your wellbeing and it shows. I have been twice with limited if any results i missed my appointment with specialist and they are making me wait till October. While my benefits are almost reduced to 0 and while there are charging the acct 3500 for career counseling which i never received

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The administrative staff of Millard Health act such that they exasperate patients, making a visit to a doctor when already injured riddled with stress, disrespect, and misinformation. While this review is based upon my own experience, there seemed to be much agreement between patients in the waiting room.
I was given an appointment during my working hours with no option to discuss a more appropriate time or a less damaging time, forcing me to lose wages I need. My appointment time was intentional given to me as 15 minutes earlier than it was, to fill out 3 minutes of paperwork. The clerk who made my appointment complained I was difficult to get a hold of to a case worker after calling me twice during working hours and not giving me adequate time to call back, and with no option to leave a message when I did call back between these two calls. The doctor was late, terse, and unhelpful. Further appointments were booked at times that again force me to miss work, and upon asking if an easier time was possible the response was "You'll have to miss work".
In short, if you get sent here, be prepared for a painful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spent 6 weeks in a recovery program none of which had anything to do with my injury, the physical therapists that were attached to my file (3 of them) I saw maybe once a week, even though they're supposed to check in with you daily. Got more help and support from other therapists on the floor that weren't attached to me. They dont hear out the patients they are charged in rehabilitating. Which after my 6 week period left me still injured all though they marked me as fit for work. Fast forward 6 months I've had surgery on said injury that they claimed wasnt there but was found at my local physical therapy clinic. (Found said injury in less than 6 weeks) Who also fought tooth and nail to show that the millard was wrong in their findings and that my claim had ligitamacy. Simply put the place needs a serious wake up call and WCB should be looked into cause what they're doing to injured workers is messed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolutely world class facility.
When I started there I could hardly walk and I didn't sleep. At the end of my program I am walking tall without a cane and getting sleep again.
It is hard work and it is important to discuss with your clinicians how your program will help your recovery. I found my clinicians were incredibly knowledgeable and could contextualize my injury making me understand how and why my treatment plan was going to treat my injury.
I started at Millard completely hopeless and I leave with a new lease on life. I have work ahead of me but thanks to the continuing care plan that my team of therapists have mapped out for me I am hopeful for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had L4 slipped disk one of the worst places to have it. Been to physiotherapist to correct it , did not work ,so wcb sent me to Millard Health.
The staff worked with me gave me a intensive work out plan , always checked up on me made sure everything was going well ,adjusted exercises to fit my situation.
I find if people go into a situation with negative attitude, and do not give the work a 110% you will not get the results you want.
Well I went in with a positive attitude and gave a 110%
and it resulted in a 100% back.
I thank the staff of of Millard Health for being there for me and giving me my life back.
The treatment team i would like to thank is YellowDyad1.
So be positive , give 110% , communicate with your therapists and wcb , than your situation will better after receiving therapy at Millard Health.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Mark Ross needs to reevaluate the way he chooses to practice. There is a way to do your job, without demoralizing the patient. Felt interrogated and subject to his presumptions about me, only after meeting him within minutes. Bedside manner most definitely needs to improve. While I have no doubt he is an experienced and knowledgeable doctor, empathy and compassion for the patient on the other end needs to be acknowledged as they navigate this jarring and scary experience. Majority of the patients that are going through WCB do not want to be on it (including myself), and having an authority physician making it harder than it needs to be is disheartening. I truly hope he reads this and reflects on the power bestowed upon him and how he chooses to use it to connect to his patients.

Two phone calls and one in person meeting a week.
I found two phone a week is redundant.
Overall experience was below average, also its really hard to get a hold of anyone if you need anything.
Unless you are forced to use this facility, I would go elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is full of people that will have your benefits removed and will ensure you dont receive proper health care. These people aren't medical professionals or scientists, they are compensation board puppets used to serve one purpose. That purpose is to mitigate claim costs by any means necessary. Every report from these guys is full of inaccuracies and again only serves one purpose, complete removal of benefits. They employ people like Virginia Newton, a morally empty corrupt person who is rotten right down to the core. I will never forget about the torture this so called doctor imposed on me. 0 stars for Milliard and the type of people they employ.
