★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first time using these trails and I was really impressed! I joined the trail system near the Velodrome and ended up walking to Connors Rd and back. I was very happy to see that an off-leash trail ran alongside the main trail and that made it equally exciting for my hiking partner. The trails were nicely treed and the creek running next to us was quite pleasant. Can't wait to see how nicely the trails turn when the melt is done and the ice and mud are gone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how I can get in 9000 plus steps in such beautiful surroundings. I love sharing the area with my buddies and they are pleased with the natural presentation. I grew up in Avonmore and so this is also very familiar territory. It is very clean as well and I appreciate everyone's efforts to keep it clean. Please dog walkers clean up after your dog's. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful scenic trails with access to the creek for your dog. Lots of treed shaded areas. This is a multi-use park even in the off leash dog area, so it's a bit uncomfortable having your dog off leash with bikes on the same path.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place to walk your dog as long as your dog is dog friendly. There is a dog off leash park that goes through the thick woods and into the not so deep River. It's not a good place for small children or cats. But it's good for any friendly dog.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually go here to start biking down the trails and it’s always nice. People on the trails are always very pleasant and seem good spirited.
