★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m way overdue on this review for Milan. We first contacted Jan. 2021, he was very quick to respond! We wanted a 2 bedroom vacation condo with rental income.
Being in business for many years I though ‘how hard can this be?’
The real estate market in South Okanagan was starting to heat up.
Milan had a number of properties lined up, but was adamant we buy in a particular one.
I thought there has to be more and as a real estate rookie kept sending him other listings I found on line.
Milan, correctly shot them all down for good reasons.
We ended up purchasing at Casa Del Mila Oro Resort.
Paid $320K now worth $420K.
We have excellent resort management which makes less stressful for us and great income when we don’t use it.
Milan is an excellent realtor and I will use him again and recommend to anyone looking in the Okanagan Valley.
