★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I was closing the doors on my semi trailer outside Mike's I was offered some beer bites by a guy ! I said I didn't know what he was talking about and he told me to wait a minute, he ran inside the shop and came back with a bag of beef jerky chunks and said have a nice day!
That was a memorable and rare experience for a truck driver, and the beer bites were excellent. They are quite chunky, not like strips of jerky these are bite sized. Really flavorful, surprisingly very tender, next time I pass I'll be a paying customer, I hope you have all the success an excellent product and being nice people can bring you.

Mike and Mark both went above and beyond to provide the prefect meal and also meet any dietary needs of guest. Our guest are still talking about how yummy the food was—definitely the best steak in the city!! Thank you so much for everything!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seen they were advertising Silver Buckle steaks which is what they serve at the silver buckle. They were 10 - 6 oz steaks for 50 bucks so I thought I would give it a go. The fellow who dealt with me was awesome - gave me tips on how to properly BBQ the steaks and to flip them often to keep the juices in the steak. I thought they would be better. Some of the steaks were even cut with the grain which made them tough. I know how to properly cook meat. I have yet to try the steak sandwich at the Silver Buckle pub to do a comparison. I recommend the shop but not necessarily this particular product. I expected something a little better quality of cut then I received. I will definitely go again but look at what people really like and try that.
