★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of bone in the ground beef we got last time and time before. Also our beef order this time for cutting was not as requested. This is second time we have had issues with quality. When I called about it they didn't say much other than sorry, but second time issue would have thought they would make it right somehow. Would not recommend then at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 4 t-bone steak, approx 4 lbs, received 5.5 lbs. When got home from picking them up opened them and to our disappointment there was no tenderloin on them. We just paid 16.99 a lb for t-bone steak that should have had tenderloin on them but instead got striploin with the bone in (so of course paid for that weight as well). Wouldn't have cared if there was some tenderloin on them. Called to complain and was told by the girl that answered the telephone that they had some there with the tenderloin on so she would give us a reduced price. We had already paid over what we had intended to so of course we weren't going to pay more. As well, we drove 30 minutes there and back and to drive yet another 30 minutes when we were pressed for time today was not feasible. We are truly disappointed so BUYER BEWARE! We are stuck with these steaks and have learned our lesson to NOT buy anything sight unseen. We will not buy anything from them again.
