★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not use Midwest, yes they are professional and polite but expensive for little information they give. After paying $1700+ for a real property report before they even showed up. After it was completed I was more confused about where easements and property lines were. First they never staked anything, I thought they would at least stake/mark the corners, and when I asked after the survey was completed, and was told that was not an original request. And if I required it, it would it would be another fee. The easement is not the same as to what SaskPower and myself have signed and agreed on. I feel like the report is incorrect, now after spending $1700+ I still have to spend my time looking into the easement locations, and determine where they are. And measure out my property with incorrect measuring tools. Not to mention 3 weeks past the date they were on site I had to call and inquire about when the report would be completed, they forgot about. I’m yet to find out if this report is legit because of the conflicting easement locations. So frustrated with this expensive survey that just created more questions.
