Robert indicated that they could assess my vehicle the following day, as it was late in the afternoon. We dropped the vehicle off that afternoon and the following morning I received the quote for the repair work. The quote was reasonable and fair. They preformed the repairs and I had my vehicle back within a few hours.
The service from this Midas location was fast, efficient and professional.

Jen took such great care, and had an amazing and warm personality, didn't catch my mechanics name, but he also did a great job and was super friendly! Not something you see very often when frequenting a car repair place. Keep up the great work everyone!

Ken and the Orleans team kept me updated every step of the way, letting me know my options and answering any questions I had in plain terms. The job was done within the day, it was fairly priced, and I am very pleased with the outcome. I’ll definitely be going back to Midas if future issues arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honesty. I've been coming to this Midas location since I was 18 (now 36) and they have always been honest and transparent about my car. They're not afraid to tell you when your car DOESN'T need a costly repair. Anything they have fixed on my car was done quickly and done well. Their customer service is great. They're a mechanic I completely trust which means alot to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't expect much of a franchise shop, but I was thoroughly impressed by them. The customer service was very friendly and the time it took to answer emails was in a matter of minutes. The work they performed was also way better than expected with a very fair price and with good parts. Though, what impressed me the most was their honesty, they let me know about the condition of my vehicle and about small problems I had without pushing me to spend more money. I will definitely think of this shop first next time I need service.
