Both Kevin and Jason put a great deal of effort into finding the right mortgage and they will fight for you (I wasn't the easiest to qualify for mortgages because of my self employment). A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic people! I’m self employed, and went through a divorce. No lenders would work with me. I called Mid Island Morgage, had a meeting with them , and got financed right away! At very competitive rates. I’ve used them twice now. Great to see a company that actually cares! They go above and beyond! Thank you Jason!!!
P.s. I’ll call you Monday, I’d like to work with you again to help me finance another house!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negative experience - nearly lost deposit - had ample time to deal with everything (multiple months). Ended up getting financing elsewhere. Probably won't do business with Mid-Island mortgage again - if I was going to, I'd be working with another broker as well.
