Charging $ 75 to be told that the computer is almost completely ruined is not at all reasonable. It's expensive an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pour une réparation, je vous conseil d'aller directement chez Apple. Aucune possibilité de réparation de mon clavier d'ordinateur chez eux alors que chez Apple aucun problème! En plus, aucune secrétaire à 9:20 alors qu'ils ouvrent à 8:30. Mauvais service.
For a repair, I advise you to go directly to Apple. No possibility of repairing my computer keyboard at home while at Apple no problem! In addition, no secretary at 9:20 while they open at 8:30. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been submitting quote left and right all week for material need for our company and I've been getting exceptional service from every other supplier than Micro Logic.
When I asked Micro Logic if they would be able to provide a quote by the end of day on Monday next week, their representative just laughed at me with arrogance. It was enough to turn me around. We needed over 150K$ worth of materiel but we didn't even get there in the negotiation before we hung up.
Don't waste your time, you won't be treated as a customer there. More like an hindrance in their "busy" schedule.

The receptionist was very nice, but the technician she transferred me to hung up the phone the moment he heard me speak English. I called back and once again the receptionist was lovely and transferred me into what became an indefinite hold. Avoid this company.
