We didn't know him personally and when we approached him, he made us feel so comfortable. Being a first time home buyer in the current market was already overwhelming but Michelangelo helped us every step of the way. He first setup a call with us, explained the entire buying process, from getting pre-approved to signing at the notary. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. Prior to submitting an offer, he once again setup a call to go though every document and assess the property(compared to similar properties in the same area) to make us understand what we were getting. He presented our case to the seller even in such difficult times(COVID), where it was tough to get individual attention. He was proactive and very responsive to all of our queries. If we were to go through this process again, we would definitely trust Michelangelo. His skills, experience and friendliness made our journey smoother.
