Also recently he took great care of a recently deceased relatives estate taxes. He is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects for the tax system and I completely trust his judgement and solid advice. I highly recommend Michael for all your tax needs.

It turns out, when you have a Professional working FOR you and explains the process, your stress levels decrease... and a smile appears on your face. I highly recommend Mike is his amazing team!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i waited for about a month just to find out how much my taxes and 2018 hst return would cost - no reply to that question except to call 'em back - i think they just dont wanna do any work for me which is ok but at least tell me - i cannot understand all the +ve reviews when i cant even get an answer to a simple question - oye vey ------- i called several times during office hours tues/thursday and spoke w/ reception and sent my sales and expenses via email. reception said for me to call back or promised to call me back w/ answer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very mean and unprofessional. We moved to Canada 2 years ago and have no idea how the whole tax-filing works here. On our meeting he said that we were being difficult and he doesn't have time for this just because we asked questions and tried to understand how it works. He told us to send him an email with all the numbers of income and business expenses. We started working on the numbers and receipts of the last 2 years and it took quite a while so my husband called and asked if it is okay to file the taxes after April. Mike said he doesn't have time for "non-paying" customers like us and we already wasted half an hour of his time then he hung up the phone. We obviously were about to pay him and have him do our taxes...We have never been treated this badly. I recommend anyone to stay far away from this ill-mannered, impatient, uprofessional, angry man. Well done Mike, you just lost honest customers that would have paid you and probably would have stayed with you for years. Your loss.
