Délais de livraisons excédant plus de 72 heures dans les 2 dernières livraison. Clients en colère dû au fait que nous mêmes n’avons pu respecter nos engagements auprès de nos propres c’est vraiment frustrant pour le client et pour nous. Ceci a un impact très négatif sur notre réputation.
C’est vraiment frustrant. Il est temps de trouver une entreprise qui les intérèts de ses clients avant tout.
No respect for constant delivery time commitments. Promise of delivery broken more than once. Delivery times exceeding more than 72 hours in the last 2 deliveries. Angry customers that we ourselves have not been able to meet our commitments to our own is really frustrating for the customer and for us. This has a very negative impact on our reputation.
It’s really frustrating. It's time to find a business that has the best interests of its customers above all else.

Thank you to the Mexicom team and our brokers for delivering in such a way. We will certainly repeat this many times again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Forwarders and shippers BEWARE - this company does not carry cargo insurance or contingent liability insurance. They also refuse to provide POD's. If anything happens to your shipment, you will be basically on your own to deal with it.
UPDATE Dec 2020 - its been almost 2 years, and we have again requested a copy of the signed POD. We have been advised that they cannot provide a signed document, as they don't have one. This is convenient since the shipment was delivered damaged.
