First it's a scam, they don't have any trucks, they give contacts to sub-contractors, who calls 5 minutes before the move and tells you they can't come, because they don't have trucks. Anyway, we still wanted to help with moving heavy items, so asked the movers to come, they came 2 hours late and our elevator window was already closed. So, we had to move everything ourselves. Then they forced us to pay an hour's moving fee because they came from far - I booked them as they were advertising as movers from Mississauga. I know these guys don't care, they want your money for doing nothing. I booked it one month back and there was no escalation point. I'm pretty sure the good reviews are fake ones to scam people.
