★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been living in one of their rental properties in North York since 3years & it’s been absolutely wonderful. They’re always so quick to respond in case of any plumbing or electrical or repair issue & haven’t increased the rent by more than 10-20 bucks every year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting a condo, on 152 St Patrick street, which is managed by Metropole. I have been here for the last 5 years. I have no complaints. The Metropole folks have been very professional. In the last 5 years, I had minor plumbing issues two times and both the times Metropole attended to the issues promptly.
