★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE! Will NOT stop delivering flyers after literally dozens of attempts to cancel the service. The Customer Service reps pretend like they're taking care of it but they don't do anything. Nobody even reads that community paper, it goes straight in the bin for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have contacted Metroland about the fact that when I have a parcel delivered by them from Book Outlet, they never (_never_) buzz my apartment or call to say that the parcel is delivered. It is left in the unlocked area of my lobby where anyone can walk off the street and take it. Ironically, the last two times, the delivery person took a picture of my delivery with a sign in the background asking people not to leave parcels in the lobby. I contacted Metroland and asked them to have their delivery person call on the next occasion when a parcel was delivered, and they assured me that they would fix this problem, but it happened again today.
