★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6-8 hours to unload. Labour laws apply to drive era delivering to Metro. Many drive day cabs. Very in humane. 1 washroom and it’s nasty. No drivers lounge to get a coffee. Management at Metro should be proud they treat their supply chain so disrespectfully. Several deliveries to the Etobicoke location and all have been several hours. Maybe Metro should pony up the cash for the ridiculous wait times.

Check in 05:50 AM , Still 13:38 on door unloading.They do not have value of time. I missed my next pickup.
Even after request they don ‘t care.
Nothing is below 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here for over 10hrs and still only got a door but yet to be offloaded. Went into the office to ask for an update and got a nasty attitude from one of the girls in the there, the other lady in the office came out to my truck(Not even her role) to tell me she went and checked how much longer it would be and apologized for her colleagues behaviour.

Waited 7 hours in extreme heat to unload 10 skids.
No waiting area for drivers inside or out.
Waste fuel to stay cool.
No drinking water, no snack machine.
Nearest place to get drinking water is 30 minute walk.
1 toilet that rarely gets cleaned.
