★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was filing an application for a bank account. Had a mis understanding with the filing the form. Took 1 month to resend the application was told due to holidays i wont hear anything for an additional to 1 to 2 months. Decided to cancel everything. Was told to come pick up my money on a monday and all i need is my id. Went there on the wednesday of that week had to sit for more than 1 hour. Truly ran as if we were in the philippines. Dont reccomend unless all your doing is sending money. Clearly a "lost in translation" moment on a regular basis with these folks. What a shame

Be tactful for dealing with your client. I am their loyal costumer. I dismayed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dark mohawk guy there wearing FEU varsity jacket was rude and simply no mannered person even to their loyal customers.
I can compared him to a typical Filipino personnel who's was working on the government agencies that are known for their arrogance and matapobre.
And please respect privacy, be pleasant when dealing with clients esp to the loyal ones.
