Given that it was Monday around 2 pm, the store was almost empty. Customer service zero. Earlier during the pandemic, I left a message to speak with the store manager and he did not return my call. Not shopping there anymore. Will go 30 minutes further for groceries for my starving teenagers
b	bk atyul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not a very motivated team working here. i went in to buy a product that is available at most metro outlets. asked 2 staff members to help me find the product. the first one pointed me to aisle 5 and said he had never seen or heard of this product. i asked him to check the computer system to see if it was available in the store and he said no. second employee pointed me to aisle 3 (after saying they had never seen this product before). After 20 minutes of searching i walked out. Staff evidently could not be bothered to give me the time of day /i felt i was making a nuisance of myself by even asking. will shop elsewhere where friendly service is available! thank you, no thank you!

S	Stacy Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is generally clean, well-stocked, I find the fruits and veggies are usually fresh and crisp. The meat, poultry and fish are also well presented. They have a huge selection of beers but I can't find any "Porter" in all that selection for some reason. It's a bit pricey for me but I go because I can find the Sherbrooke Record there and when I'm there I like to get their homemade potato chips and some meats.
V	Vanessa Jory on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great variety. And the only reason I go. Parking can be a pain in summer or any busy time of year. You absolutely have to do self checkout. Even if paying with cash. I've never found the employees welcoming at all. Almost as though you are bothering them just being there. Everytime I go, over the past 6 years! Very close to everything! Good prices.
