★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely unprofessional. I called and placed an order for designing a branding iron for my uncle who is a carpenter. we exchanged information about possible fonts and then nothing. They didn't respond to my emails or give me updates, they ignored my calls and or told me the font didn't work so upload a new one. which I did but then I was back to being shunned. In any case it was extremely unprofessional and I think it is a poor business model to string clients along for months and then sever contact. I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a steel brand from Metal Mark. Initially I ordered a 1 inch diameter brand but it came as 1.5 inch. Not a problem, they switched it out the next day for the 1 inch.
A couple problems I have realized is the steel rod they use is very flimsy and is already bending where it attaches to the actual engraved steel. Secondly, there is no mark that lets you know where the center is. It’s very difficult to get a perfectly centered brand on a circular piece of steel when there is no center mark/guide to go off of.
Makes a nice brand mark for sure, but definitely would be nice to have a stronger/thicker steel rod and some solution to finding the center on the circular brand.

Reasonable, well-communicated delays are not an issue when you're dealing with real people that answer the phone.
