โ โ โ โ โ Friendly staff, but false advertisement. I needed a small piece of steel tube, which was around $3, but was told they have a $20 minimum policy, so I had to purchase extra material I don't need, but on their website, it stated no minimum order required.

โ โ โ โ โ I think this is the best branch of metall supermarket. I've already changed couple of my job places, but im still using these guys in Burnaby, as my supplier. They are reliable, like AK-47!!! All sorts and grades of metalls, and order done in a day. Great job!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Peak hours are between 11-2 so try to plan your visit around those hours or pre order by phone for pick up at the shipping centre. Great selection of different metals and they cut for you. Staff are friendly and professional. There is also a section of "as-is" and is perfect if you need smaller pieces or are practicing.

โ โ โ โ โ They carry a wide range of metal for pick up and shipping that would cost a lot to order from online suppliers.
The ordering process and product search could use some improvements. We usually call to order and pick up in person.
They offer basic cutting if needed.
Shipping cost is a bit on the expensive side which is understandable.
Overall very happy to have found then
