I love Marine’s classes, and also recently tried Sarah’s:) Classes are good for all levels, very inclusive, and you can find more challenging if you like (Mark’s classes are a bit more advanced). There’s also kung-fu and MMA that I want to try. And good for my budget :) I’m lucky I found them)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing spot in NDG, a place to burn fat and chill out! Just looking at the schedule there is something for everyone. HUGE variety of activities including yoga, drum circle, kung fu, pole dance fitness, improv and a lot more.
I feel the love, no matter who I'm talking to in here, staff and community members are the friendliest I've met. Plus they have a great intro offer, only 25$ for unlimited classes for 2 weeks, worth it to try everything and see what will keep you coming back for more.

There is such a great variety of classes like pole fitness, kung fu, yoga, improv, drum circle, laughter fit, meditation, tai chi etc. There is even physical therapy available. The environment is so zen. All the teachers are really passionate and clearly love what they do. This is hands down the best yoga/ fitness studio in Montreal. Come for the activities, and stay for the community <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous studio. It is not everyday that you go to a very friendly, inviting, and warm environment. The staff will make you feel at home. They have a variety of yoga lessons, amazing therapeutic massages and many more. Level of instruction is unique and high!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing space, I love the variety of classes offered. Really leaves you feeling like you worked hard, felt muscles I didn't know I had the next day but couldn't wait to come back for more. Highly recommend the pole, mma, kung fu, jujitsu and yoga classes at this space. There are so many different classes cannot wait to try others like tai chi and rhythmic gymnastics as well. The space is super cool, they offer sound healing and other great workshops like drums and partner yoga. Really a great place for everyone!
