★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was incredibly awful. The driver lied and meanwhile my friend was sitting in someone else's urine. The guy put a towel over it and didn't tell us. It was atrocious. He them proceeded to charge us full price. Unbelievable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst taxi service ever. Both cabs I was in smelled heavily of body odor & cigarettes.. its illegal to smoke in a taxi!
Having to wait 40 mins both times in such a small town is absolutely pathetic..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well all I have to say is if your local and don't drive avoid merritt cabs unless you want to be constantly accused of charging cabs. I hardly take cabs myself anymore and when I do I always pay cash straight up or don't catch cabs. Leos taxis/cabs are better taxi service in Merritt nicer drivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made me late for work a couple times even though I call at least 30 mins ahead. 1 time I called an hour ahead and they forgot to pick me up. Today my cab driver stopped at a gas station to pick up a few things while driving me to work, who does that?!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with India driver. He wanted to leave in the middle of the highway. For a 10 minute ride, he charged me 100$ I hope he looses all the money. Revenue canada should look into this. They all ask for cash, but do they actually report the proper income?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was incredibly awkward. Instead of opening the back door, like they ALWAYS DO, the trunk slowly raised. Unsure of what to do, I reluctantly crawled in. I admit it was rather spacious. There was a pillow and a burlap sack to improve comfort, which was nice at least. The car definitely stopped several times, and I’m pretty sure we picked up more customers as the trip progressed. At one point, the trunk opened again and I made eye contact with a stranger who also seemed to be looking for a ride. This wasn’t my stop, so I just stayed where I was. After about three hours, I arrived where I had originally called from. Realizing that I had never told the guy where to drop me off, I climbed out and decided to walk. I was charged full price. Unbelievable.
