Walked me through some steps over the phone and was able to find the broken part which I can replace myself, avoiding a visit and a large repair bill for a simple part. Will definitely use this business in the future!

Unfortunately, even after leaving several messages, Mike did not show nor did he call; even this morning (Saturday) there is no answer at Merlin Mechanical. Now that it is the weekend, I have to pay overtime and have a reliable company come and service my furnace. Had I known that Mike was not going to show up, I could've booked my service during regular business hours with another company. I would suggest calling A&E Hvac Solutions in Okotoks if you are looking for quality service and decent pricing.

Three times this happened. I final gave up with him and had to pay someone else to finish the work. Almost a year later he refuses to return a call. Avoid avoid avoid!

Promised to return in two days to finish up the installation and antifreeze our in floor basement heat. Two months later, still hasn't shown up. Demanding our money back in full under Alberta Fair Trading Act.

When we moved in, we realized A/C was not working. First phone call he was quite nice polite and said he would come and fix. After several other attempts he would not return calls or even answer. After 2 weeks of waiting we hired another company. To repair the A/C that was under a year old was $1000.00. Very dissatisfied potential customer.
