The name of this building may vary, because the project was very controversial, but I just call it the washroom ( toilet, bathroom, the loo, the potty, comfort station or WC (water closet). Closing hours and winter hours are posted near the doors. Thanks city of White Rock ....

Washrooms are all steel and loud, men's washroom have standard two toilets and three urinals.
Two handwashing stations as well.
