Years later I asked her to help me buy and she found me my dream house. She also went above and beyond by referring me to an excellent interior designer and painter who were very affordable. She seems to know Edmonton extremely well and utilizes all the current technology and tools to make things go smoothly. I was able to keep track of all the listings and showings through the app and sign electronic documents.... So convenient. I have recommended her to several of my friends and family members. She's an honest straight-shooter who will tell you her truth from her professional opinion, without sparing feelings. Melody was able to find us a new build quick possession home in 2 days, that checked beyond all that we asked for. We had an offer on the list day for our home which didn't work out since the buyer lost his job., but 5 days later our house was sold. This process was so seamless everything from the initial appointment to the presale home inspection to the staging consult was well structured. The professionalism we received surpassed all expectations. This is our third home purchase and by far our best experience. I forgot to mention that I had a great rate on my mortgage preapproval but the broker on the team was able to get me a better rate!
